What is Project Care?

Project Care is a free clinic that provides basic medical care to patients who are uninsured and underinsured. There is no charge for office visits.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes, appointments are necessary. Please contact us by phone or email to schedule. A picture ID is required when you arrive for your appointment.

How do I qualify if I have insurance?

Underinsured patients will be asked to provide proof of income. The income threshold is based on family size and annual household income according to the 300% Federal Poverty Guidelines

What if I need medication and cannot afford it?

Project Care has limited funding available to help defray the cost of prescriptions. There are several pharmaceutical companies in the U.S. that offer free or low cost prescriptions to uninsured patients. Project Care can help patients access these programs.

Can I get immunizations at Project Care?

We currently are Not offering vaccinations at our clinics.

Can I get a pregnancy test or STD testing done at Project Care?

No, these services are not done at our clinic.
